Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Spring Sale account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
